Thanks Ian and the team for our new 2nd storey extension. We are thrilled with the results. Ian was incredibly helpful in the initial stages of this project in helping us decide on the best way to gain a new bedroom and bathroom. He helped us locate a local architect and worked with us through to approval of plans and building regs. Despite Lockdown and COVID 19
restrictions , Ian kept us up to date and worked safely and efficiently keeping us in the loop. He was always contactable and replied to all queries quickly. We used Northavon carpentry to carry out a complete roof rebuild and loft conversion. They were really helpful leading up to and during the job, assisting with design issues and providing effective solutions to any problems occurring. Ian and his team were reliable, flexible and committed to getting the job finished, with good communication throughout. Their carpentry skills and experience were invaluable in completing what was at times a complex structure and all within agreed time, cost and specification.
